Next month I’ll be turning 40.
Looking back 10 years ago, when I was still in that cubicle world I asked myself…
“Ano kaya ang buhay if you don’t need to an office JOB?”
“What if you can do what you love to do and make money at the same time?”
“Ang sarap siguro nun.”
Oh yes! I love to day dream
But eventually, those dreams I had became a reality.
You see, what I realized as I become an adult and entrepreneur is this…
…your mind is EXTREMELY powerful.
If you can imagine it, soon, if you’ll be persistent, it will happen. It will come to pass.
The magic is real. You can make things happen with your mind.
Actually, many things happened to you that started as a thought.
Maybe hindi mo lang na realize that it started with a thought and now you have it.
It can be your spouse. The number of your children. The company you work for. The income that you have. Your fitness.
I don’t know…
But it happened to you without you realizing it that it all started in your mind.
I remember my wife and I used to imagine a life where we’re both working from home.
No more commute. We don’t have to wake up early. No more boring meetings.
Few years after…we’re now both working from home.
I work on my business and she’s a computer programmer.

Yun lang oras na na-save ko sa byahe and the time preparing to go to office saved me at least 2 hours a day.
That’s an extra 10 hours a week for me.
With that, I have enough time to play with my 3 boys and go to gym everyday.
While most people are rushing to their offices, I’m in the kitchen enjoying my morning coffee.
More than 20 years ago, all these work from home isn’t possible but technology made it possible.
Think about this.

I can communicate to you and yet I’m thousand miles away from you.
This is NOT possible 20 years or so ago right?
In business, you don’t have to risk it all or work 14 hours a day to succeed.
You don’t even have to quit your job immediately.
When I started my business, I’m a full-time employee for several years.
Nung kaya ng kitain ng business ko ang sahod ko (actually, doble ng sahod ko.), that’s the only time I resigned and went full-time.
That’s being Cautious. Di pwedeng Rah! Rah! Rah!
And that’s what I call “Cautious Entrepreneurship.”

I know that I missed the seminar yesterday but I believed that there are still a seminars that are coming. Thanks for your reply. I really got excited when I browsed and read details of the internet E-book business. Its my passion to speak, to read and write. I just thinking why I did not took it seriously your various e-mails that are stocked up for years in my yahoo mail. I can’t wait to attend the seminar soon if you have the schedule.
I really need to know the mechanics, procedure or method how to do it. I’m so tired working in the company for 23 years now without a change while my two kids are growing. Still, my income is not enough to support my family.
