I don’t know how I started to get into your Escapology but all I know is that you are the same person I am looking for, hearing your ideas, not just a resource person but an experience one. Your topic now in your audio is exactly the same thing that dictates within me, same as what I read from the book “GOOD IDEA….NOW WHAT which I bought from ukay ukay. Sometimes my concience tells me what I should do, but oftentimes I don’t listen because of fears, many ”but and if“”, though i know that at back of all success are hardships.

I believe that people should also do financial management in the long run. I also believe that financial literacy can help our country prosper in the future. I’d love to read all your Inspirational Message, I’m an employee for almost 2 decades, I’ve been in sales for a long time but in that years of spending time working with various company, still no improvement in my income, until one day I decided to have a side line that than generate additional income aside from my work. it works but I guess it’s not enough if I’m going to focused alone in this small and unstable sideline of computer buy and sell. another thing that worried me most is, I don’t have any idea managing a business, and I’m still wondering if I will quit my job will it be works if I will concentrate on my sideline business. I need your help John hope to hear any from you.

What I would like to ask is that when it comes to partnership.
How could we properly compute the return of investment, roi, divided by two? what is the proper computation?
In a partnership there is 2 person right, but if there is another person who wants to invest in our business or one person just want to finance. What would be the sharing or the computation.

Hi sir Jon! i am into several networking groups earned a little but not really succeeded. AS much as I want to retire early, am now 50 yrs old, but my husband do not approve me to do so. I am employed in a GOCC here in Tagum City. I have 2 kids, the eldest still in first college taking up Pharmacy and my youngest entering grade 6 this coming school year. I am trying small business ventures with roasted peanuts. My core competence is cooking. But based on its sales, it cannot equate with the salaries i presently receive. I am planning to build a simple building for rent trying to provide spaces for rent as in making a public market on the neighborhood along the road using a portion of my 500 sq m lot beside my residential lot of 500 sq m. totalling to 1000 sq m. I also want to build a funtion hall for rent but my husband do not want to cooperate and accept my business ideas for he is more dependent on employment. My problem is how can I convince my husband that I can be earning more than my salaries? I am really tired and stressed handling clients from different walks of life and with different personalities and characters.
