You inspire me Jon. I wanted so much to escape from my corporate job even if i’m from the supervisory rank in one of our gov’t agencies. I go for a financial advisor/insurance agent as my sideline. Perhaps because I find it hard to create a business because I don’t have people around me to support. In this job, I don’t need to stress myself on monitoring people and pay all structures etc. Is being a financial adviser an entrepreneur? Thank you
If you’re an independent advisor where you have your own registered business, then it is a business. Pero kung agent ka lang ng isang company, you’re not. You’re just a sales person.
Those who join MLMs don’t get it. They’re not entrepreneurs, they’re simply part of the sales force. Ang Entrepreneur are those who own the MLM company.

Hi John. Thank you for the insights I read from your blog. To get started, I’m in the process of setting up a WordPress product review blog. Initially, reviewing product as Amazon affiliate. I already have applied for a Payoneer account. I’m just waiting for it to arrive. The blog would monetize using advertising either directly or by Google Adsense and also as affiliate for product reviews. I’m planning just to make an outline of products to be reviewed then use 199jobs.com to outsource review articles. I’m thinking of implementing optin emails to build my list then fire up mailing list for succeeding articles. In addition, I also plan on using Facebook social media and initially do FB adverts to get traffic. Target market would be top English speaking countries. I hope and pray I can get this right.

Hi Mr Jon! Thank you for this. You inspire me a lot. See, i work in a hospital as a medical technologist. I have studied a lot, went through a lot, we even have board exams and I already passed three licenses (both national and international). 1 year 4 months palang po ako nagtatrabaho pero FEEL na FEEL ko talaga yung mga sinasabi nyo sir. I desperately wanna know how can I start a business po. I am an avid follower or your emails and sinusundan ko talaga sya, pero nagkaproblem lang ako nung nangailangan yung amazon ng credit card kase required ata yon to sell. I cannot even get a card with my salary of 9k per month :(( i dont know what to do anymore sir. Help?

Hello Jon. Thank you so much for the materials that you have sent. But I have difficulty most of the time because I’m not good with the internet. Also, you mentioned that creating a website is free at WordPress.com pero later a credit card or PayPal is required to complete the transaction. Is it really free because I currently have no income? I’m already retired but with no pension. Is there a way to start and pay later when there’s already income? I’m not inclined to borrow because of my current situation. Although you say it’s easy to do, for someone like me, it’s not. But I feel that once I get started, it will not be difficult to think of e-books to sell online. Do you have an office here in the Philippines? Thank you Jon.
