Growing up I often hear the statement “Walang empleyadong yumayaman.”
I used to believe that.
But actually there are employees who became rich just being an employee.
Most are CEOs, Presidents, or top executives of large corporations.
Unfortunately, to be in that position, you need…
…the right skills
…lots of experience
…good education
…and the right connection.
Just so you know, most large corporations don’t look for their new CEOs through job banks like jobstreet or jobsdb.
They hire top executives from recommendation of someone else.
So if you don’t have the connection or combination of those things, you’ll be at the bottom of the pyramid.
That’s how corporate world was designed and it won’t change.
In short, there’s no way you’ll be rich with your current position in the company.
That’s why I believe that for most people starting their own business is the path to prosperity.
Because with business, you decide how much you want to make.
