Business tips to escape your 9 to 5 job...safely.
Just recently, I received an email from an avid reader Noel, a senior accountant.
In his email, he mentioned about his habit of buying books but not reading it.
Ganun ka din ba?
Here’s the thing.
Recent study shows that 95% of those who bought books don’t go past chapter one.
Do you know why most people behave that way?
It’s all about psychology.
Let me explain further.
My core belief that business success is 80/20.
80% psychology and 20% mechanics.
Most business books teach primarily the mechanics.
Like…
“how to start your own laundry business.”
“how to start a spa business.”
“how to make money online.”
“how to start a franchise business.”
Mostly are “how tos” and tactics. Read the most recent business magazine and you’ll agree with me on this.
Today, we’re NOT in information age anymore. We’re now in information overload.
The challenge for most people is not that they don’t have enough information but the execution of the information.
Meaning, paano mo ia-apply yung natutunan mo from books, seminars, or trainings.
And that my friend will lead to “Psychology.”
Do you have a strong “psychology” to execute. To take massive action. To overcome your fear. To get up again after you fail.
Psychology will determine kung sino ang aasenso sa negosyo at sino ang mananatiling empleyado.
That’s why my course and training is about 80/20. First, I’ll help you fix your inner beliefs and obstacles that’s holding you back. And only after that I’ll teach you the mechanics or “how tos” of the business.
Think about this.
Losing weight is simple. Eat less and exercise more. But why most people can’t lose weight? Psychology.
They keep looking for new and hottest weight loss program but that’ won’t solve the CORE problem which is weak psychology.
Remove the obstacles that’s holding you back and you’re on your way to massive success in business.

Today, I’ll answer one of the biggest questions in business.
Read this blog post entirely and you’ll discover one of the success secrets in business.
QUESTION:
“Jon, I have a t-shirt printing business and I can’t sell them. How can you help me?” – JM
ANSWER:
Hey JM. What you need to understand is this…
Business is about exchanging of value.
The problem with that system though is there’s no accurate measurement of value.
Meaning, walang malinaw na basehan kung ano nga ba equivalent value ng limang manok?
Maari kasing sa ibang manukan, sabihin nila na apat na manok lang ang equivalent ng isang bigas.
Maaring magkaroon ng dayaan or lamangan.
Malinaw ba?
So people created money and the market knows what value of money is. Instead of paying someone with goods, you just need to pay them money.
Sa negosyo, when you’re selling something, your prospect, in their heads they’ll ask… “Is this worth the amount of money he’s asking for?”
If you can’t prove to a prospect that your t-shirt or whatever goods you’re selling is not worth the tag price you’re asking, hindi ka makaka benta.
Does it make sense?
Remember, business transaction is about exchanging of value.
So your job as an Entrepreneur is to answer this BIG question…
“How can I package and sell my product so that in the eyes of my prospect it’s worth the amount I’m asking for?”
Many aspiring Entrepreneurs don’t even ask themselves this question.
Akala nila, porket maganda ang product people will automatically buy from them.
No! No! No!
You my friend have to learn how to market your t-shirt business so you can prove to your target market that it’s worth of the tag price.
Let me know your thoughts below.
